Our name, Fignoli, is a quirky blend of the regal Figs and the wise Olives – two fruits rich in history and goodness. Just like these fruits, we aim to bring a rich blend of experience and benefits to our global clients in the hospitality industry.

Fignoli Consulting OÜ is a boutique hospitality consulting firm based out of the Republic of Estonia, a country known for its robust digital economy where we aim to weave our magic to our clients.

Over 25 years of gaining rich hospitality experiences  from across different regions of the globe, Syed's passion to enrich the people side on hospitality business became the reason for the birth of Fignoli Consulting OÜ. With a network that stretch as far as the eye could see, Syed is like the pied piper of hospitality professionals, leading them toward growth.

For us, it isn’t just business; it is a belief. We hold on tightly to the idea that success in any realm hinges on the people powering it. And so, we dive deep into coaching, consulting, finding right people and nurturing individuals to grow tall amidst the organisational forest.
